You are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to download and install one copy of the application on a personal computer for personal non-commercial use (free version) or commercial use (where applicable).
License: EpicPencil is proprietary software. All rights to the source code and application are reserved; copying, modifying or redistributing the application or its code without express written authorization is not permitted.
3. Limitation of Liability
EpicPencil is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. In no event shall we be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profits) arising from the use of or inability to use the application.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that use of the screen overlay does not interfere with critical functions of your operating system or other applications.
